RETURN POLICY

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Return Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition (including all original packaging, tags, and receipt/proof of purchase).
  • Exclusions:
    • Final Sale items (clearly marked on product pages) are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
    • Returns/exchanges for change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or failure to report issues within the 30-day window are not accepted.
  • Disclaimer: CotoRil assumes no liability for products not originally purchased from cotoril.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
  • Order Processing Time: We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placement.
  • Eligibility: Cancellations are only approved if submitted before the order is shipped. If the order has entered the shipping process, follow our standard return procedure.
  • How to Cancel: Contact customer support at support@CotoRil.com with your order number and "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. We will confirm the result via email within 1 business day.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Contact our customer support team at 📧 support@CotoRil.com to initiate a return/exchange. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
  2. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.
  3. Required Items in Return Package: To avoid processing delays, include:
    • Unworn/undamaged item(s) with original packaging and tags.
    • A printed order confirmation or handwritten note containing:
      • Your order number
      • Reason for return/exchange
      • Full name and contact information (email/phone)
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided below and retain valid tracking information.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & PROCESSING FEE

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-CotoRil errors (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color choices).
  • Return shipping fees will be reimbursed if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
  • CotoRil is not responsible for lost return packages without valid tracking.
  • Important: Original order shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds only cover the cost of physical items.

Processing Fee

  • A return processing fee may apply to consumer-initiated returns (amount varies by item type/value).
  • The fee is waived if:
    • You opt for an exchange (instead of a refund), or
    • You request store credit (instead of a refund to the original payment method).
  • For CotoRil-initiated returns (e.g., damaged/wrong item), no shipping or processing fees apply.

TIMING & REFUNDS

Processing Timing

  • Once our warehouse receives your return, allow 15 business days for refund/store credit processing.
  • If 15 business days have passed without updates, contact support@CotoRil.com with your order number, purchase date, return date, and return tracking number.

Refund Details

  • Refunds for eligible returns are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
  • For purchases made with a gift card (in full or part), the gift card portion will be credited to a new gift card (no cash refunds for gift card payments).
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact support@CotoRil.com.

REPEATED RETURNS

We monitor return frequency to ensure compliance with our policies. Repeated or abusive returns may result in:
  • Additional shipping charges for future returns
  • Restocking fees
  • Refusal of future orders (at our discretion)

DAMAGED ITEMS

We guarantee product quality and workmanship. If you receive a damaged item:
  1. Submit a return request within the 30-day window.
  2. Select "QC (Quality Control)" as the return reason and include:
    • Order details
    • Clear photographs of the damaged item and original packaging (required for replacement/refund).
